I was cleaning out the basement earlier this week and came across a collection of slides and negatives, that I’m guessing came from a box I got from my grandma when she died. It was in the same trunk as one of her old 8mm projectors. So the next few posts will be from this collection. This post features a few slides of my Pops, my sister, a shoulder shot of my mom, and a few unidentified slides that were in the box.
As long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by discarded photos. There’s just something interesting about looking through memories that have been left behind, discarded, or forgotten.
I found these photos in a camera in a vintage store on South Broadway in Denver, CO. Unfortunately I didn’t take pic of the roll before I sent it off to Old School Photo Lab. I’ll try and do that in the future.
